Genysis is Skynet again. Every day it's something new and devious. I refuse to live anywhere that uses cameras to take pictures at red lights and send you tickets automatically. I also own a radar detector and turn it on all the time when I drive. If it saves me one ticket (it's saved me over the decades for getting dozens of tickets) it's paid for itself. So now, according to Kim Komando, they are deploying "noise cameras" to monitor the dB of your vehicles. If they are determined to be "too loud" you'll get a ticket.
