Artificial Intelligence vs. Human Learners

BOP II Topic of the Week: Are you curious to know how close Artificial Intelligence is to solving problems like a human learner? AI learns differently using patterns, probabilities, and data. Humans learn through experiences, intuition, creativity and lived context. Both can arrive at similar solutions, showing us that 'different but the same" might be an accurate way to describe this new frontier. Do you think AI's way of learning will ever match human intelligence?

I'm afraid that it will, and then some. I've said this before, the Terminator movies are going to come true. The AI is going to think we're more of a problem than a solution to anything, and attempt to eradicate us from the planet. I watched "Terminator: Dark Fate" last night. I've seen it several times. We're headed there, I'm pretty sure.
