Changing passwords frequently? Multi-layer authentication? Anit-virus and anti-malware programs? A combination of several? Please share.

Multi-Factor Authentication is annoying but I get it. Funny enough, my information has been compromised through multiple hacks of X.com . I don't know if Google got rid of their "dark web" security where you can see where your information was compromised and when. But it was a great resource.
